Recycled tree trunks and community wide trips are just a short list of the unique attributes encompassing The Groves.
Tucked in between trees along the Madera Creek near Humble, The Groves is preparing to open a third amenities center, retaining the same theme of “living amongst the woods” while bringing amenities residents crave.
Madera Creek runs the length of the community and sits within 100 acres of open space. The Groves is strategically placed to where guests or residents driving through the area feels as if they were driving in the woods.
The Hearth will open for use in the fall as part of a possible multi-phase development.
Becca Green, marketing manager, said while there have been no set plans for adding more to The Hearth, there is still plenty of room for growth.
