Construction is slated to begin in the coming weeks on The Trails, the most recent collection of homes in the Belterra community near Oak Hill.
The addition will include 57 lots ranging from 60-65 feet wide, said developer Steve Yetts, president of Ashlar Development, and homes will be priced from $400,000-$450,000. For this area, Yetts said this price range is in high demand.
