Ashlar Development announced the sale of 40 acres of commercial real estate within The Groves, the award-winning community in Humble, Texas. Read King, a Houston-based full-service commercial real estate firm, purchased these parcels of land near Madera Run Road and Woodland Hills Road for future retail centers.
