Kim Caudle, Senior Controller, manages, directs and controls the day-to-day accounting-related activities for Ashlar Development. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal and state regulations and business policies. She oversees many of the complex accounting procedures associated with the company, investors, and projects while providing expertise and guidance to the company.

Prior to Ashlar, Caudle worked more than four years with Harwood International as corporate controller and with Tonti Properties as controller. She was responsible for overseeing property and corporate accounting activities for commercial and development of real estate investments.

Caudle also worked as senior controller/vice president of accounting and finance for Terramesa Resorts/MacFarlan Capital Partners for more than three years. In her role, she was responsible for accounting and corporate fund reporting activities for hospitality and development companies involved in acquisition, development and management of master planned communities, land and residential real estate investments from private equity. She has also worked as a controller for Prime Asset Management for more than two years and Lincoln Property Company for more than eight years.
