Nichols Vale

Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of Mt. Juliet, TN, Nichols Vale reflects Ashlar Development's commitment to fostering vibrant communities. Understanding the importance of broad lot segmentation, Ashlar strategically recruited new builders to enrich the community with varied housing options. This thoughtful approach facilitated increased absorption rates, ensuring swift sales and the successful completion of the project. Residents of Nichols Vale benefit from the meticulous planning and dedication of Ashlar Development, enjoying not just well-built homes and townhomes, but a rich tapestry of amenities seamlessly integrated into the remarkable natural setting. The Groves Commercial Mixed-Use

The Ashlar team developed a comprehensive mixed-use strategy for The Groves in Humble, Texas. A collection of complex sites encompassing 60+ acres over six parcels, Ashlar completed market research, site-specific planning coordinated with the master plan, and selected key development partners. Read King has delivered The Market at The Groves, with an HEB grocery anchor, and Fein Communities has delivered The Pavilion at The Groves, a highly amenitized 318-unit luxury apartment complex.

Belterra

Belterra, a 1,600-acre community in Austin, seamlessly blends city living with the charm of the Hill Country. Embracing a nature-focused ethos, Ashlar planned and built an expanded amenities package, including a new trailhead, park, and splash pad, enhancing residents' outdoor experience. Ashlar developed 500 homesites which included semi-custom lots and negotiated a strategic sale to Toll Brothers for the final 150 lots, expediting the community's growth while preserving its unique character of outdoor adventures and rich community connections.

Belterra Village

Located in Dripping Springs, Belterra Village is a 93-acre mixed-use development featuring retail, medical office, hotel, single-family and multi-family residences. Ashlar developed the plan over years of complex market research, ongoing planning and constant coordination before Endeavor Real Estate Group executed the vision bringing shoppers, diners and an array of consumers to this South Austin area.

Rough Hollow Lakeway

Rough Hollow Lakeway, an Ashlar Development masterpiece near Austin, offers nearly 2,000 lots across 12 phases, catering to diverse lifestyles from duplexes to multi-million dollar homes. Closing with the prestigious Peninsula, showcasing 100 homes priced at over 1 million dollars each, Rough Hollow exemplifies high-end living. With resort-style amenities and a prime lakefront location, residents enjoy luxury living at its finest, reflecting Ashlar's dedication to excellence and community distinction.

Bryson

Nestled in Leander, Bryson epitomizes Ashlar Development's vision for masterfully crafted communities. Ashlar's stewardship of 500 acres, encompassing 1,200 lots, underscores their commitment to thoughtful planning. Collaborating closely with city and municipal agencies to introduce prudent financial instruments to deliver key infrastructure, Ashlar ensured Bryson's seamless integration into the emerging Austin suburb. Beyond its lush landscape, Bryson boasts a unique builder mix and amenity program, reflecting Ashlar's dedication to delivering a true masterplan that enriches the lives of its residents.

Vaquero

Located in Westlake, Texas, Vaquero is an exclusive, private community created to bring luxury to your everyday. With rolling hills and a world-class golf course on site, this community quickly rose to become one of the most iconic in the DFW area.

Spanish Oaks

A few miles west of Downtown Austin lies Spanish Oaks, a community that fuses the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country with that of modern living.
