After 20 + years of planning, a path to connect the Gulf of Mexico to the Laguna Madre has taken a huge step forward. The signature canals of Ashlar’s Whitecap North Padre Island community are now open to ocean waters. Ashlar’s team worked with the City of Corpus Christi and others to deliver this momentous feat that links the interconnected canals through this destination resort and residential community.
