Rachel Wilson

Rachel Wilson represents Ashlar Development on all phases of master-planned community development, from acquisition to disposition or turnover. Rachel’s specialties include acquisitions, homebuilder contracts and construction loans, and she handles all other client needs, from CC&Rs and HOA formations to construction and consulting agreements.

Wilson is an attorney with The Watson Firm. Her experience spans both residential and commercial real estate law including a wide range of commercial property types, including office, retail, hotel/resort, and multi-family properties throughout the United States.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Georgia (currently inactive) and the Dallas Bar Association.

Rachel enjoys spending her free time exploring Dallas and traveling with her husband and two daughters. She is an active member and volunteer at Temple Emanu-el, the Dallas Arboretum, the Perot Museum, and alumni organizations for her two alma maters, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Georgia.
