The Ashlar Development team was excited to join the City of Corpus Christi (@cityofcc) in officially naming the Park Road 22 Bridge the Don Patricio Bridge, which borders Whitecap NPI. The opening of this bridge is a major milestone for the city and the Whitecap community offering new transportation corridors to the Island and the development. It is also an important step towards the opening of our canal systems central to the Whitecap community.
In continuing to develop Whitecap NPI, we are honored to partner with Diamond Beach Holdings LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Bancshares Corporation (IBC), in setting a new standard for coastal living and bringing our collective vision to life. Our partner, Jennifer Hoff with IBC, stated at the dedication “This bridge is iconic for North Padre Island. Now the Island will be connected to the rest of the Gulf of Mexico and the fruits of this connection will enhance the community living experience for years to come.”
As the first and only coastal contemporary luxury residential and resort destination on North Padre Island, Whitecap NPI is conveniently located off Park Road 22 and Commodores Drive. Whitecap NPI will offer an array of luxury residential choices combined with recreation areas, hospitality, retail, entertainment, parks, and a Nature Preserve that will transform the island experience. The Whitecap Sales Center offers a glimpse into how this community sets a new standard for coastal living, beginning with our canal system that links the beach to the bay. Homesites in Whitecap NPI Phase I will include villa and manor lots, many of which are set on a canal.
Hoff said it best, “We believe Whitecap NPI will transform island living in a way the Texas coast has never seen and will set a new benchmark for coastal living. Water mobility is key for our project and the community as a whole.”
