Royce Brooks, Jr. is currently the Senior Marketing Manager for Ashlar Development. He’s primarily responsible for driving quality traffic to our builders in all of our projects through enhancing our website content/presence, generating quality leads, developing & executing a full 360 annual marketing plan, assisting with traffic events, realtor outreach, and building rapport with internal and external clients.
Prior to Royce’s work with Ashlar, he worked as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with CalAtlantic Homes for 3.5 years. During his time at CalAtlantic, he oversaw the day-to-day marketing operations for the entire Houston division for more than 43 communities. Royce assisted with managing the division’s annual sales & marketing budget to ensure maximum return on marketing investments. He was responsible for the CalAtlantic website content creation and management as well as digital and print campaigns. He was also very instrumental with grand opening approximately 7-9 new communities/models annually by overseeing the install of model merchandising, technology equipment, monument signs and flag poles. Royce also has extensive experience with organizing and managing onsite public and realtor grand opening events for communities throughout the Houston market.
